During the summer months Fit 4 Future Personal Training bring fitness outdoors with our Outdoor Boot Camp.
Outdoor Boot Camp
Our outdoor exercise class is a great alternative to the gym, a studio class or even running/walking in the park. The class consists of military style circuit training involving bodyweight exercises (e.g. press ups, squats, sit ups etc) and cardiovascular training (e.g. shuttle runs, star jumps, squat thrusts etc). Classes are designed for all abilities, with abilities being separated into two groups. Our Outdoor Boot Camp is great those wanting to lose weight, tone, improve fitness or just want to have some fun in the great outdoors!

Age: Minimum Age 16
Price: under 18’s - £3.00
: Adult (18 over) £5.00

Groups: Basic (Blue wristband)

: Advanced (yellow wristband)

Groups are identified by wristbands, which we issue on your arrival.
We recommend for your first session to always join the Basic Advanced is aimed for those who consider themselves very fit, session’s will involve very little rest if any! Age 17 and under will stay in the Basic group.

We advise to bring a towel and a bottle of water. Lastly, sessions will commence in the rain, sleet or snow….so we look forward to seeing you soon.
