Junior Boot Camp
At Fit 4 Future we believe exercise and healthy eating should be apart of children's lives too. We offercircuit style sessions for 6-17 years of age, combining aerobic and resistance exercises to help improve fitness and build strength and flexibility. Our sessions are suitable for all abilities andare great for those who wants to become stronger, more flexible and in better shape.We also educate the importance exercise, healthy diet and lifestyle choices.

Our trainers are fully qualified and CRB checked. The sessions are fun, dynamic and enjoyable to anyone who participates.
Activities can include:
- Cardiovascular/Fitness exercises e.g. skipping, running
- Resistance/Strength work e.g. press ups, free weights, resistancebands
- Core/Stomach exercises e.g. sit-ups
- Flexibility e.g. stretching
- Fun Games
